Disclaimer, Warranty and Replacement Policy

If a technical staff member is proven to be negligent or deficient in implementing agreed-upon tasks, BON Gulf Limited initiates an amicable resolution phase through an organizational memorandum of understanding documenting the case details, observations, and corrective proposals between the facility and the technical staff.
If the violation persists or the professional violation is proven based on official reports and evidence, BON will activate the second phase, which is the official administrative procedure to review the technical file and approved reports and adopt the appropriate regulatory procedure. Based on the review results, BON is committed to replacing the staff only once in accordance with the approved guarantee policy, with administrative coordination, nomination, and documentation fees calculated as services already completed prior to the replacement process.
All resolution phases are managed exclusively through BON Gulf Limited's official channels.
The facility is prohibited from taking any individual action or direct contact with the staff outside the approved administrative framework.

Bon is committed to nominating cadres who fully meet the requirements of the Saudi classification before accreditation, ensuring their regulatory and professional readiness and fulfillment of all official requirements.
BON Gulf Limited provides an integrated electronic tracking system through the Compliance and Digital Readiness Center. This enables medical and healthcare facilities to track the status of nominations in real-time, from the moment the application is submitted until the final readiness notification is issued for each cadre. The facility representative receives a private, secure account that allows them to track all files at any time. With periodic notifications about the status of nominations, regulatory notes, and readiness dates for each specialty. The system allows the facility to view the stages of documentation and technical compliance. With the ability to download and review approved technical files when needed. All data is managed through secure digital archiving with an official time stamp, preserving confidentiality and transparency. This facilitates audits or regulatory reviews by the competent authorities upon request. BON thus ensures that each facility is always informed of the status of its health files without the need for paper reviews or repeated communication. Everything is available through BON's official digital channels.
BON Gulf is committed to a rigorous verification system that includes all regulatory stages before any cadre is approved. Each candidate undergoes a formal professional matching process, including professional classification and licensing from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and the Qawa platform (SSOC), in addition to a review of their resume, experience, and qualifications. A time-stamped digital technical file is prepared for each cadre, including their verified certificates, licenses, and official video interview clips that clearly demonstrate their professional skills. The file is also reviewed by a technical committee within BON before final approval to ensure full compliance with the requirements of establishments and official entities. With this methodology, BON ensures that each nominated cadre actually complies with the professional and regulatory requirements approved in the Kingdom.
After the staff arrives in the Kingdom, BON Gulf Limited initiates the administrative follow-up and compliance phase. This is achieved through periodic follow-up reports submitted through BON's official channels to ensure the staff's compliance with all terms of the agreement, regulations, and relevant Saudi laws. In the event of any breach of agreed-upon duties, professional conduct, or performance, BON will be notified through its official channels approved by the facility. Appropriate regulatory action will be taken, as documented in the official records and technical file of each staff member. This will preserve the rights of both parties and ensure the continuity of work in a disciplined and professional manner. Note: All follow-up phases are managed solely administratively, with no direct operational relationship between BON and the staff.
After the visa is issued, the facility is provided with an official readiness notification. Then, payment is completed through the approved bank account. Then, travel and arrival arrangements are arranged through the official channels of Bon Gulf Limited. Note: Bon Gulf Limited does not issue work visas or conclude employment contracts in its name. All of its services are administrative and organizational only.

The BON team then carefully analyzes the need and presents the staff that meet the required specifications. This is done through official video interviews and documented, time-stamped technical files, which protect rights and ensure transparency. All nominated staff are classified and accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). They are ready to work immediately upon facility accreditation and completion of administrative procedures through official channels. Upon agreement and approval, the regulatory procedures are completed until the official readiness notice is issued for each facility and each accredited staff member. All correspondence is conducted through BON's official channels only. Direct contact with staff outside of these channels is prohibited. All you have to do is clarify your facility's needs, and the BON team will handle the rest with clear, systematic, and rapid steps. All you need to do is follow up through the approved channels with confidence and reassurance.
